In communal social housing or blocks of flats, responsibility for upgrading old analogue communal systems to new Digital Integration Reception Systems falls to the Housing Association itself.

With a need to upgrade in line with the Governments digital switchover it is important for Housing Associations to consider updating any old communal Television systems to a new digital system.
