Swindon, Wiltshire – 17.08.12 - Stanley Security Solutions has completed the installation of Time & Attendance and Access Control systems for national paper merchants The Paper Company across three of its UK sites.
The Paper Company supplies the printing, publishing, sign and display, packaging and stationery industries in both the public and private sectors with an exceptional range of papers and boards. To help further streamline its operation, the company's Ipswich and Birmingham sites have been fitted with a Stanley Astrow Time & Attendance system and, most recently, its London office has had a Stanley NT500 access control and door entry system installed.
Stanley's popular Astrow is a feature rich, modular Time & Attendance system that can be tailored to suit the needs of a customer. It offers an integrated HR functionality, full absence analysis, remote access for PC based clockings and employee self service and has the ability to link to many payroll systems. For The Paper Company, Astrow's accuracy in tracing time and attendance has "benefited a great deal", according to Selda Hussein, PA to Directors, Dixon & Roe - The Paper Company.
The Stanley NT500 access control and door entry system installed at the London office, home to PaperCo National & Corporate Services, is being used to monitor who is coming in / out of the building and to prevent unwanted guests entering. The NT500 Access and Alarm Server, manufactured by Stanley, is an expandable controller that provides secure, high speed access whilst also being extremely easy to use - an important factor in The Paper Company's choice of system.
But it wasn't just the systems that have proved popular with The Paper Company, but also the level of service supplied over the past year.
